Participation is intentionally limited and invitation-only to ensure an intimate, meaningful, and highly personalized experience. We believe the quality of the Journey is shaped not only by the land, teachers, and experiences, but by the community we build together.
One of our core values is simplicity. Once you arrive in British Columbia, there are no surprise charges, hidden fees, or add-on experiences.
Your Journey includes accommodations, meals, ceremonies, teachings, transportation during retreat activities, monastery experiences, First Nations programming, movement classes, meditation sessions, guided excursions, gratuities, and all scheduled programming.
Your only additional expense beyond the retreat fee is airfare to Vancouver and any personal purchases made outside the retreat experience.
Simply arrive with an open mind, an open heart, and a willingness to explore.
Participants may choose from a variety of lodging options, including traditional farmhouse rooms, rustic barn accommodations, or cozy glamping tents located throughout the property. Accommodations will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
A $500 non-refundable deposit reserves your place on the Journey. Participants may either pay in full at the time of registration, or choose a payment plan:

Hold your placeParticipants are responsible for booking their own airfare to and from Vancouver International Airport (YVR). We encourage guests to make flight arrangements as early as possible to secure the best pricing and availability.
Participants should plan to arrive in Vancouver on October 21, 2026 and depart on October 26, 2026.
Whether you are traveling from Philadelphia, New York, Toronto, Los Angeles, or elsewhere, there are numerous direct and connecting flights available into Vancouver. To make travel planning easier, we have a dedicated travel advisor available to assist participants with flight recommendations, scheduling, and travel logistics if desired.
Once registered, participants will receive detailed arrival instructions, transportation information, packing recommendations, and all other materials needed to prepare for the Journey.
This is not a public retreat. Participation is limited to a small number of invited guests in order to create a trusted, supportive, and deeply connected community experience — a temporary sangha of fellow travelers exploring what it means to live with greater intention, awareness, authenticity, and connection.
